Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 7 - Online Lottery 1 by adding a new subsection 24(d) and re-lettering the remaining sections:

(d) The Commission shall not be permitted to establish or conduct iGaming pursuant to the authority granted in this Chapter, whether or not through a “group agreement” as defined in section 24(a) of this chapter, nor shall the Commission be permitted to authorize any person, within the meaning of chapter 23k section 2, including any gaming licensee or gaming establishment as defined by that section, to offer iGaming in the State.  For purposes of this subsection, "iGaming" means casino gaming involving the placing of wagers of money or something of monetary value for the opportunity to win money or something of monetary value on a casino game, including, but not limited to, slot and table games, which game has been made available to players through the use of the Internet through computers, mobile applications on mobile devices, or other interactive devices.
