Technical Assistance from BSAS to Providers Serving Communities of Color

Ms. Sabadosa of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, item 4512-0200 by inserting the following: "provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended for the MA Department of Public Health, Bureau of Substance Addiction Services to provide technical assistance to providers serving communities of color, including what is required to become a licensed BSAS provider and how to track and respond to procurements."
