Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item  4510-0710" by adding at the end thereof the following, "and provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended for the Medical OnSite Academy to address the many behavioral health needs of employees working in the medical field, including but not limited

to, critical incident stress management; substance abuse; post traumatic stress disorder; issues

resulting from increased stress due to the COVID Pandemic; continued staffing shortages; and

workplace violence in the medical field”
