Flexibility for MRVP Households

Ms. Kilcoyne of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-9024, by striking out the words “both project-based and”.

And further amend said item by striking out, each time they appear, the words “initially receives tenant-based assistance with respect to any dwelling” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- initially leases that unit.

And further amend said item by striking out the words “in the first year of occupancy” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- at initial occupancy.
