Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7000-9501, in line 6 by inserting after "provided further"  the following: "that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for necessary soundproofing in the Tyngsborough

Public Library." and inserting in place thereof the figures "$17,630,000."
