Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0099 by inserting after the phrase “all applicable federal and state privacy and security requirements” the following: “provided further that not less than $1,500,000 shall be expended by the executive office for the operation of an office of fair housing” and in said item by striking out the figures “$15,356,798” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$16,856,798”.
