Leominster Pilot to Promote Housing Solutions and Sustainability

Ms. Higgins of Leominster moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-3036, by inserting after "technology" the following: ", provided further that no less than $300,000 shall be expended to NewVue Communities and RCAP Solutions for the purposes of launching a pilot program to address systemic challenges to accessing sustainable housing for Leominster residents" and in said item by striking out the figures "$8,774,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$9,074,000”.
