Chapter 70 increase in minimum per pupil aid

Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend section 2, in line item 7061-0008 by adding at the end thereof the following, "there shall be a minimum per pupil aid of $200." and striking the figures, "$6,863,923,143" and replacing it with the following, "8,000,000,000."
