Amendment #158 to H4600

Berkeley Community Garden

Mr. John Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the renovations of the Berkeley Community Garden to preserve green space in the community”; and in said item, by striking the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$150,000”.
