Amendment #168 to H4600

Massachusetts Tobacco Cessation and Prevention Program

Miss Gregoire of Marlborough moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1112, after the words “and Allied Disorders, Inc” by striking out the words “and provided further, that funds shall be expended for smoking prevention and cessation programs, including youth tobacco use prevention and cessation programs” and replacing it with the following:-

 

“;and provided further, that not less than $6,719,468 shall be expended for smoking prevention and cessation programs, including youth tobacco use prevention and cessation programs”.

 

and in said line item by striking out the figures “$13,186,405” and replacing it with the figures “$13,686,405”.
