Amendment #191 to H4600

Town of Longmeadow

Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding at the end the following: “and provided further that not less than $100,000 be expended to the Town of Longmeadow for the replacement of an unrepairable school chiller unit that is leaking and no longer able to maintain proper humidity levels or cool the building”, and to further amend said item by striking out the figures “$17,000,000“ and inserting in place thereof the following figures’”$17,100,000“.
