Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, in line 70, by inserting after "substances" the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Railroad Street Youth Project based in the town of Great Barrington;”
