Ms. Donaghue of Westborough moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, in the final line, by interesting after the word "substances" the following: “; provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for the bureau to provide technical assistance and training to the service systems of medication management, medication-assisted treatment and treatment of co-occurring disorders”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$193,502,031" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$198,502,031".
