Amendment #203 to H4600

Massachusetts Access to Recovery Program

Ms. Donaghue of Westborough moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4512-0200, in line 11, by striking “provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended to preserve and expand the programs currently funded by the Massachusetts Access to Recovery, or MA-ATR, program” and inserting in place thereof the following: “provided further, that not less than $4,000,000 shall be expended to preserve and expand the programs currently funded by the Massachusetts Access to Recovery, or MA-ATR, program”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$193,502,031" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$194,502,031".
