Amendment #211 to H4600

The Zoo In Forest Park

Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7007-0952, by adding at the end the following: “ and provided further that not less than $150,000 be expended to The Zoo in Forest Park to expand the economic reach beyond Springfield though job training, workshops, local and regional wildlife conservation projects, and daily care of over 200 animals many of which are non-releasable”, and to further amend said item by striking out the figures “$4,700,000”and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$4,850,000”.
