Refuge Lowell Inc

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following at the end thereof "; provided further that not less than $15,000 shall be expended for Refuge Lowell Inc. for high-quality arts education, mentoring, and a safe space for high and middle school students in the City of Lowell."
