Veterans Inc Behavioral Health Program

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 1410-0012, by adding at the end thereof the following: ";provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for Veterans Inc to expand its behavioral health programming and create low-barrier access to treatment for persons at the Worcester housing programs, and that these funds shall be in addition to funds available for its outreach center" and in said item by striking out the figures "$8,320,622" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$8,420,622"
