Technology Upgrades for the Seekonk Public Library

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended to the Seekonk public library to update outdated computer equipment.”
