Amendment #281 to H4600

School Choice Tuition Increase

Representatives Howitt of Seekonk and Barrows of Mansfield move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION X. Section 12b of Chapter 76 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “five thousand dollars” in subsection (f) and inserting in place thereof the following words:-“seven thousand five hundred dollars.”
