No Cost Water Quality Reimbursement for the town of Great Barrington

Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: “SECTION XXXX. Section 64 of chapter 2 of the acts of 2023 is hereby amended by inserting, in line X, after ‘Great Barrington’, the following: - provided, that nothing in this item shall preclude reimbursement for costs and expenses already incurred.”
