Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, in line 1 by inserting after "projects" the following: "provided further, that no less than $250,000 shall be expended to Greater Lover Tabernacle Church " and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$350,000"
