Amendment #309 to H4600

Ayer Depot Square Park Fence

Mr. Sena of Acton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting the following: "provided further that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for the town of Ayer for the construction of perimeter fencing at Depot Square Park"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$130,000".
