Outside the Box

Mr. Honan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-1116, by inserting after "economic development projects" the following: "and provided further that not less than $125,000 shall be expended for Outside the Box"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$225,000".
