Amendment #381 to H4600

Chelmsford Environmental Justice Community

Mr. Elliott of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, line-item 7008-0900, by adding at the end thereof the following new language:-

“, provided that not less than $50,000 shall be expended the Town of Chelmsford for the planting of shade trees along the Town’s right of way in the area designated as the environmental justice community.” and in said item, by striking the figures “$268,309”, and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$318,309”.
