Grants to Councils on Aging

Ms. Scarsdale of Pepperell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, in line 6, by inserting after “$15 per elder” the following: "provided, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for new kitchen appliances and upgrades for the Pepperell Council on Aging senior center kitchen".
