Amendment #4 to H4600

John J. Binienda Memorial Beach at Coes Pond Open Swim Program

Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in line 39, by inserting after the words “the school districts” the following: “provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended by the Worcester YWCA for youth swimming lessons as part of summer programming for children who identify as low income, as well as necessary infrastructure to comply with Christian’s Law”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$8,447,449” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$8,462,449”.
