Capping Special Education Tuition Pricing

Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding the following: “Provided further, the division shall set special education tuition pricing for fiscal year 2025 no higher than 1.025 per cent of pricing for the prior fiscal year”.
