Amendment #450 to H4600

Local Housing Authorities

Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7004-9005, by adding the following: "provided further, that housing authorities and nonprofit organizations situated in municipalities that do not comply with the provisions of section 3A of chapter 40A of the general laws shall continue to qualify for funding from the local capital projects fund".
