Buzzards Bay Shellfish Testing (DMF)

Mr. Schmid of Westport moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2330-0100, in line 34, by inserting after “Council” the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to study viral load of shellfish in the Buzzards Bay region to maintain shellfish growing area classifications” and in said item by striking out the figures “$9,173,785” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$9,273,785”.
