Mr. Vitolo of Brookline moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in line 21, by inserting after “programs” the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Steps to Success to provide academic and personal support for low-income students from 4th grad to college graduation”
