Mr. Vitolo of Brookline moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, in line 4, by inserting after “appropriation” the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Brookline Teen Center for facility upgrades including the renovation of the cafe and purchasing a full set of institutional-grade furniture"
