Representatives Garballey of Arlington and Rogers of Cambridge move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2810-0100, by adding the following: "and provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Parallel Park in Arlington"; and in said item, by striking out the figures "$109,984,560 and inserting in place thereof the figures "$110,084,560"
