Department of Children and Families (DCF) Behavioral Health and Primary Care Loan Forgiveness Distribution Programs

Representatives Garballey of Arlington and Donato of Medford move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by inserting at the end thereof: -

provided further, the executive of health and human services shall include in all future behavioral health and primary care loan forgiveness distribution programs the ability for all clinicians who are employed by agencies that are contracted to provide congregate care and community based contracted services for the department of children and families, to apply for and receive MA Repay behavioral health and primary care loan repayment benefits.
