Mr. Garballey of Arlington moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 5911-1003, by adding the following: "and provided further that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to the Special Olympics of Massachusetts"; and in said item, by striking out the figures ". $100,375,397 and inserting in place thereof the figures ". $100,675,397".
