Mr. Scanlon of North Attleborough moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7010-1192, in line 4, by inserting after “appropriation” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the city known as the Town of North Attleborough for the construction of a new ADA-accessible playground for Joseph W. Martin, Jr. Elementary School;”
