Amendment #489 to H4600

Crystal Lake Water Quality

Ms. Balser of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line-item 2810-0122, by adding the following: 

“; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the City of Newton Department of Parks, Recreation, & Culture for the construction of the Crystal Lake stormwater filtration basin to intercept drainage and ensure the water quality of Crystal Lake in Newton.”

And in said item, by striking the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following: “$200,000”
