Amendment #491 to H4600

School Health Services

Mr. Silvia of Fall River moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4590-0250, by adding the following words:- "provided further, that funds may be expended to pay for nurse salaries for more than 3 school years, provided further that $2,600,000 shall be expended for school health and mental health services for nonpublic school students with only administrative costs directly attributed to the nonpublic school program included in this expenditure, "

and by striking out the figure “$22,254,866” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “ $26,066,196."
