Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1112, in line 31, by inserting after the word “programs” the following:- “;provided further, that no less than $475,000 shall be expended for the Forsyth Institute’s Center for Children’s Oral Health to expand its ForsythKids programming focused on children and adolescents and to explore the emerging association between oral health status and academic performance”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$13,186,405” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$13,661,405”.
