Amendment #500 to H4600

Shelter Providers Rate Study

Ms. Meschino of Hull moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0101, by adding the following:

“; and provided further, that not later than October 1, 2024, the office shall conduct a study of rates for emergency shelter providers to establish a rate setting process commensurate to the process established under chapter 257 of the acts of 2008".
