Mr. Consalvo of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4513-1112, by adding the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $25,000 be expended for the purposes of the operation of VITfriends located in the Hyde Park section of the City of Boston”; and further, in said item by striking out the figures “$13,186,405” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$13,211,405”.
