Mr. Vaughn of Wrentham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by inserting the following:- “Provided further that no less than $25,000 shall be expended for the purpose of maintaining a staff member to assist with students where English is not their first language in the Town of Plainville.”
