Easthampton Pedestrian Safety Improvements

Mr. Carey of Easthampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1596-2428, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to the City of Easthampton for downtown pedestrian safety improvements".
