Amendment #542 to H4600

Pine Island Brook Culvert Replacement

Mr. Straus of Mattapoisett moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2300-0102, in line 4, by inserting after the word “restoration” the following:-

“provided further that not less than $70,000 shall be expended for preliminary design and engineering work for the replacement of the Pine Island Brook culvert on Pine Island Road in the town of Mattapoisett”;

and in said item by striking out the figures “$2,772,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$2,842,000”.
