Teen Torch Program

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7061-9611, by inserting at the end thereof the following: "; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended on the Teen Torch Program" and in said item by striking out the figures "$8,447,449" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$8,547,449"
