Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0010, by inserting at the end thereof the following words:- “provided further, that no less than $250,000 shall be expended for MassChallenge, Inc. to provide support for entrepreneurial programs” and moves to further amend said item by striking out the figure” 5,200,725” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “5,450,725”
