Representatives Vargas of Haverhill and Hamilton of Methuen move to amend section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after the word "projects" the following: “that not less than $10,000 shall be expended for Community InRoads for efforts to provide education and training to professionals from underrepresented backgrounds with an interest in boards and leadership roles”.
