Haverhill Downtown Boxing Club

Representatives Vargas of Haverhill and Hamilton of Methuen move to amend section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after the word "projects" the following: “provided further that not less than $10,000 shall be expended for Downtown Boxing Club in the city of Haverhill.”
