Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 2, it item xxxx, by inserting at the end thereof the following words:- “provided further, that no less than $500,000 shall be expended for Recidiviz Inc. to provide technology and data support to improve reentry outcomes; and moves to further amend said item by striking out the figure “$$$$”and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$$$”
