Bottom Line

Ms. Montaño of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7027-0019, in the final line, by inserting after the words “the two programs” the following:

“Provided further, that not less than $100,000 be expended for Bottom Line to provide college transition and college retention services for low-income or aspiring first-generation college students;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$7,807,715” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$7,907,715."
