Equitable and Inclusive Renovations of Open Spaces and Parks and Playground

Mr. Mom of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 20, by inserting after “of the commonwealth” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $750,000 shall be expended for renovations of open spaces and parks and playgrounds in the Highlands and Acre area of the city of Lowell to equitably contribute to the health, well-being, and inclusivity of residents”
